Free Range Pork |
We have been producing free range pork since 1995, supplying many top restaurants, hotels and the public. All our pork is home bred, born and reared free range outdoors on the farm using traditional breeds such as Oxford Sandy and Blacks, Middle whites, Large Whites and Gloucester Old Spots. Our pigs are free to roam their paddocks, grazing and rooting. Their diet is supplemented with brewer's grain from the local Great Orme Brewery and cereal based cobs. The quality of our pork is by far the best! We sell our pork by the quarter, half or whole pig. Also available now is a pork, sausage and dry cured mixed box, which is expertly butchered and packed ready for the freezer. The prices are as follows: Quarter pig £55 comprising of 1 large or 2 small pork leg joints boned and rolled. 1 large or 2 small pork shoulder joints boned and rolled. 6-7 pork loin chops 1 large whole piece of pork belly(this can be cut into slices if required)
Half pig £100 comprising of 2 large or 3 medium pork leg joints boned and rolled. 2 large or 3 medium pork shoulder joints boned and rolled. 12-14 pork loin chops 2 large or 3 medium whole pieces of pork belly(this can be cut into slices if required)
Whole pig £190 Same as half a pig but twice as much! Any of the above can be butchered to your requirements, please just ask.
Pork, sausage and Dry cured mixed box. £100 This is one of our most popular options comprising of: 1 large pork leg joint boned and rolled 1 large pork shoulder joint boned and rolled 8 pork loin chops 1 large piece of belly pork 4 packs of traditional dry cured back bacon 1 large traditional dry cured gammon joint (this can be cut into steaks if required) 4 packs of tradional pork sausage
Half mixed box £50 1 large pork joint. 4 pork loin chops. 1 medium piece of belly. 2 packs of traditional dry cured back bacon. 1 small traditional dry cured gammon joint (this can be cut into steaks if required) 2 packs of traditional pork sausage.
Taster mixed pack £25 1 small pork joint. 2 pork loin chops. 2 packs of traditional dry cured back bacon. 2 packs of traditional pork sausage.
